Users of Nest agree not to:
- harass or abuse other users;
- share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content;
- impersonate another individual;
- misuse Circle invitations or notifications;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- upload malicious software or harmful code;
- interfere with app functionality or security.
Nest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.
Users remain solely responsible for content and information shared within their Circles.
